IPC Magazines want to launch a new consumer monthly which is focused on innovations in media technologies; particularly the potential of the web as a platform for the distribution of an individual's creative output rather than that of big media corporations. The target market is ABC1.
The pitch should include something on the core values of the brand you are attempting to launch. The group will also identify the target average reader. A drawn paper first issue front cover will also be expected.
